Heartsaver® First Aid

Designed to meet OSHA regulations. It teaches students how to manage an emergency until emergency medical professionals arrive. Students learn first aid actions to respond to severe choking, heart attack, stroke, and how to handle injuries such as bites/stings, bleeding, and sprains/broken bones. Students learn to recognize life threatening emergencies and how to respond. A course completion card valid for 2 years is provided once course is completed.

All courses are led by a BLS Instructor certified by the American Heart Association (AHA).

Pleae note: Once registration is complete (date/time/location) payment must be made within 48 hours to secure class. Within 48 hours of payment, changes can be made to class registration (date, time, location). After 48 hours, all payments are final but may be used for a future course if instructor is contacted prior to scheduled class. Certain exceptions may be permitted. Contact us for details. In the event WE need to cancel a class, we will offer a refund.

Student textbook policy: The AHA requires all students have the current appropriate AHA course manual for use before, during, and after class. Student manuals are provided for each student to use during the class and will be available for purchase. For information on how to purchase a manual before class from an approved AHA distributor or if you have any questions regarding this policy contact us today!
